If you plan to do any wild health fix, I recommend getting a Pinterest and find as many different posts you can to help you on your journey. I have 5 different boards that I go to at the gym: Gym, Health, 5K Training, Reasons to Work Out and Yoga.

Gym

I actually created this board after we ran the 5K since it is not relevant to anything cardio related. This one consists of strength training posts and cardio that is not running (elliptical/stationary bike). If you do not like using your phone at the gym for anything besides music, all of these pages are printable.

Health

This is one of my longest living boards that I have. It consists of, you guessed it, anything health related. Rather it’s monthly challenges, detox waters, or tips to improve your life, it will be in this board.

5K Training

Since this was my first ever time running more than a mile, I needed to start training ASAP. Because of this, I immediately turned to my best friend and found as many training plans as possible and repinned them all. I didn’t end up following any of them because we signed up 3 weeks before the race. I also have simple treadmill workouts pinned in there too for the days I don’t want to go along with the plan.

Reasons to Work Out

This is also one of my oldest boards. This one consists of motivational posts of every reason in the book why you should get off your lazy butt and start doing something.

Yoga

If you know me in real life, you know how much I love yoga. This board is pretty self-explanatory, so I am not going to go too much into it. If you need to know what stretches you should do to relax after a difficult workout, look up some yoga poses!
