How to: fun oatmeal

Disclaimer: This is replicating the ingredients I would add to my oatmeal at Panera Bread when I worked there.

A lot of people claim to hate oatmeal, are you one of them? Boring old oatmeal can be dry and gross tasting. I mean, if you're only eating oats, you cannot claim to hate a food that can easily be improved.

Here is how I make my oatmeal fun and *chef’s kiss* delicious.

What you need:

*Oats

*Strawberries

*Apple Chips or Apple Straws

*Honey

*Cinnamon

Steps:

  1. Fill up your bowl of oats with milk or water and heat in microwave (I use water)

  2. Take a spoonful of honey and put into the center of the oats

  3. Cut strawberries into quarter pieces and spread them out accordingly.

  4. Spread out the apple chips (or straws) accordingly.

  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on the top of all ingredients

  6. Stir, so everything is mixed together

And that’s it! Super simple and healthy way to vamp up your oatmeal. The honey and cinnamon will allow you to enjoy this meal in a new way you never have before. Now, try to tell me that you still don’t enjoy eating oatmeal. I dare you (;
